INSTRUCTORS:
Leonardo Di Carlo
Pastry ChefChristmas is that magical time of the year when we enjoy a special atmosphere with delightful flavours and aromas and shining lights that bring warmth to all our hearts.
We can take advantage of this holiday time to treat our family and friends to a typical festive dessert: the Christmas log.
This course will therefore focus on preparing different types of Christmas logs for the festive season.
All the cakes produced during the lessons will then be sampled in the workshop by the participants, so they can learn to evaluate and appreciate the results.
